Convince us to read the book: The author uses great sensory details - it's almost as if the book is a movie in your head going by a frame at a time. He also uses humor and wit to make normally depressing subjects such as death and deadly disease into a fun filled thriller of a book. It is hard to imagine a better sequel to a great first novel.
Memorable or Forgettable: The author's fast paced story telling style made this book amazing. It made me want to read the book again. I loved how Lex Thomas was able to tie in character's reactions and feelings from the first book into this great book.
Cover: The cover tempted me a lot to read this book. It had an illustration that tied into the book but didn't give anything away.
