Convince us to read the book: Shannon Depola is surprised to see that she is one of the top 3 most unpopular students at Westfield High. Until she has the opportunity of a life time where she can become popular, become prom queen and win 1 million dollars, but is it really worth it for Shannon? That would mean giving up her friends, a love that is waiting for her and forgetting who she really is.
Memorable or Forgettable: What made it memorable for me was that people could relate to the book. People have been bullied because they weren't cool enough or that they wanted to try to fit in.
Cover: The cover of the book looked interesting, it made me want to know what it was about. The book cover did relate to the story. It shows a girl wearing beautiful dress holding a tiara, but also wearing sneakers. It represents an unpopular girl becoming popular, but still wanting to be herself.
